We offer luxury caviar products, accompaniments, and curated tasting experiences.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.


3. Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the highly perishable nature of caviar:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds once products have been dispatched
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery

We guarantee that all products leave us in optimal condition under temperature-controlled handling.


4. Delivery & Responsibility

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • Once delivered to the agreed address, responsibility transfers to the customer
  • We are not liable for improper storage after delivery

For best quality, caviar must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.


5. Experiences & Bookings

For tastings, events, or private services:

  • Bookings are confirmed upon payment
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.


6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, imagery, and materials are the property of The Caviar Society and may not be used or reproduced without permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions or improper consumption
  • Delays outside of our control
  • Loss or damage after delivery

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
