2. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within Marbella, the Costa del Sol, and selected surrounding areas.
For special requests or international delivery, please contact us directly.


3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times are agreed at the point of order
  • Same-day or scheduled delivery may be available upon request
  • While we aim to meet all agreed timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances


4. Temperature-Controlled Handling

All products are carefully packed and transported under chilled conditions.
It is essential that products are refrigerated immediately upon receipt.


5. Responsibility Upon Delivery

Once the order has been delivered to the specified address:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer
  • We are not liable for improper storage or handling after delivery
  • If no one is available to receive the order, we cannot guarantee product quality thereafter


6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • No recipient available
  • Access issues

The order may be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assess and resolve the issue.
