RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Perishable Goods – No Returns

Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been dispatched or delivered.


2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Compliance)

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods
  • Food items that may deteriorate rapidly

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that this exemption applies.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

  • Notify us within 2 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.


4. Delivery Conditions

We guarantee that all products leave us in optimal condition under temperature-controlled handling.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays beyond our control
  • Failure to refrigerate upon receipt
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer


5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No recipient available
  • Incorrect address
  • Access issues

The order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.


6. Experiences & Bookings

For tastings and events:

  • Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full
